As leaders we are under pressure.  Instilling confidence and maintaining positivity and engagement in uncertain, complex – and at times, ambiguous – contexts is critical. In our last webinar we focused on habit ‘know-how’ – understanding key drivers of sustained habit formation and insights to support the development of new behaviours.

In part two of this webinar we will be exploring the ‘what’, particularly in relation to the imminent transition from lockdown to what will undoubtedly be new ways of working.

What leadership habits will ensure you are in the best position to navigate successfully through these unchartered territories? Our guest speaker – Luke Grose – is no stranger to the navigation of these unchartered territories, having rowed 3000 miles across the Atlantic, scaled multiple peaks including, Mount Kinabalu and Kilimanjaro, and off-roaded his way from John 0’ Groat’s to Land’s End! These experiences have not only provided some great stories to tell, but also life-learnings to be drawn on during his ‘day job’, focusing on behavioural change, leadership development, and creating high performance cultures within commercial environments.
